Returns & Complaints

Mistakes can happen. This platform (shop) is an agreement for the distribution of advertising materials for MAAG Germany GmbH to authorized recipients.
As the purchaser in this shop, you do not have a traditional right of withdrawal, because the contract has already been concluded. However, we have arranged returns for you:

Please do not return the items freight collect. We cannot accept freight collect shipments. These items will then be lost.

In the event of a return, please send a copy of the order confirmation you received via email along with the items to our home address:

Please briefly note the quantity and reason for return on the confirmation next to the item.

For returns for reasons beyond our control, we must charge a storage fee of €25 per shipment.

Please also check the billing address. We cannot make changes after receipt of the invoice free of charge and charge €10 per amended invoice. The payment deadline is from the first invoice date.

We will, of course, resolve any complaints promptly and informally.
In the event of a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible.
